The Fund which is categorized as an expert fund is available only to expert investors. Expert investor is defined as follows:
- An investor who makes an initial investment, for his own account, of no less than USD 100,000; or
- A sophisticated investor as defined in the Securities Act 2005 (as amended in 2007) or any similarly defined investor in any other securities legislation.
An investment in the Fund is suitable only for financially sophisticated investors who are capable of evaluating the merits and risks of such investment and who have sufficient resources to bear any loss, which might result from such investment.
There are significant risks associated with investing in the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund’s objectives will be realised or that there will be any return of capital. Investment in the Fund should be deemed as highly speculative and should be made only by sophisticated investors who are able to bear the risk of complete loss of an investment in the Fund.
